The Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS) as coordinator of the STRONG High Seas project has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Secretariat of the Comisión Permanente del Pacífico Sur (CPPS; Permanent Commission for the South Pacific).
