{"id":2183,"date":"2020-11-26T13:54:54","date_gmt":"2020-11-26T13:54:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.prog-ocean.org\/?p=2183"},"modified":"2024-03-25T08:31:54","modified_gmt":"2024-03-25T08:31:54","slug":"online-workshop-on-ocean-governance-and-covid-19-building-resilience-for-marine-regions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.prog-ocean.org\/blog\/2020\/11\/26\/online-workshop-on-ocean-governance-and-covid-19-building-resilience-for-marine-regions\/","title":{"rendered":"Online Workshop on: Ocean Governance and COVID-19 \u2013 Building resilience for marine regions"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>The Marine Regions Forum Online Workshop on\u00a0 \u2018<strong>Ocean Governance and COVID-19 \u2013 <\/strong><strong>Building resilience for marine regions\u2019<\/strong> took place on Thursday, 28 January 2021.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Please click on the following, for the\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prog-ocean.org\/marine-regions-forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/03\/Summary-report_MRF-workshop-on-regional-responses-to-COVID-19_210315.pdf\">Workshop Summary Report.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The workshop was organized by the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS), the Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations (IDDRI), and TMG-Think Tank for Sustainability, together with the German Environment Agency (UBA), the German Federal Ministry of the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety and the European Commission.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of this interactive workshop was to explore possible pathways to address the effects of the COVID-19 crisis in marine regions.
